Clubs and Activities

Wescott School offers many opportunities for students to participate in various clubs and activities. These clubs are facilitated by building staff and run within the building. There is a wide range of activities from which students may choose. Parents and students are notified about registration through announcements in the "Wescott Word" Friday newsletter. Clubs are inspired by staff interest/passion and are free to students. However, space is limited. Clubs run from 3:20 to 4:20 p.m. and number of sessions vary.  

  • We will hold three registration windows over the course of the school year. 
  • Sign-ups will open when published in the "Wescott Word" and will remain open through the following Monday until 8:00 a.m.
  • Students will be chosen via lottery system.
  • Preference will be given to students who have not yet participated in other clubs during 2025-26 school year.

  • The fall 2025 club sign-up windows are rolling. The current window opens Friday, September 5 when the Wescott Word is sent by email and closes at 8 a.m. Monday, September 8.

Please note - Our clubs are staff-sponsored. If the sponsor needs to reschedule, parent communication will be sent as early as possible and an attempt will be made to reschedule the session.  

Transportation - Parents will be required to arrange transportation for their children from school grounds, unless they attend Adventure Campus after the club. Since crossing guards are not on duty, any student who walks home needs parental permission.
